THE WILD GREEN PANTRY

Join me on a tasty journey of discovery in the forest, in the meadow, in the mountains and by the water. There are a variety of common wild plants in the area that have more or less unusual properties that are good and fun to know about.

Discover good flavors in the north and exciting facts among meadowsweet, pines, alpine bistort, yarrow and birch.

In my physical courses, we mix theory indoors with bits of taste, pictures and lots to learn. I set up a large table with various forms of refined plants that you get to taste, smell and learn more about. During spring-summer season, we are also out on one or more excursions when there is time and opportunity to see how the wildlife grows in the local area. You will get many useful and fun tips to take home with you. "Fika" is included and plenty of snacks.

In my online course, you get a lot of course material in the form of manuals and instructional videos. Feel free to buy the Extra package and you will get bonus material and the opportunity to ask questions whenever you want. ONLY IN SWEDISH!

Get tips on which plants you can use to bury the fish, make into tea, or eat as a salad. Learn inspiring facts that you can pass on to your friends! Like, for example, which wild and common plant tastes like marzipan...!
